All girls love bags and we never have enough. Even little girls! Here is Penny with her little gal bag made from the leg from a size 4 pair of pants. The strap is short so she can't get it over her head. I have posted several other purses made with longer straps for older girls. These are all washable so you can remove the melted crayons. My studio is in Arizona and we are quite used to everything melting in our purses.Katie's shoulder bag is simple and just the right size to hold the basics. It is embellished with hand crocheted flowers and patched with cotton fabrics. The crocheted strap can be tied up short or worn as a sling bag.
