As the first bags were being pulled together on my sewing table, I started to notice that they were all my favorite colors, and they all my favorite styles. Since I wasn't planning on buying my own bags, I figured I had better branch out to some new styles. That's why I make my bags with a friend in mind, and try to reflect her style. That really made it more fun for me, and gives each bag its own personality.This piece was made with my friend Kathleen in mind. She loves old lace, vintage buttons, and crochet. Hopefully each one of my bags will have its own persona. Though it may not be for everybody, it will be perfect for someone.
